Opt-Out & Do Not Sell Request Process

You have the right to opt-out of the use and sale of your mobile device data. Please read about your options below.

Opt-Out Only from Kochava

To submit a request, enter your Mobile Advertising ID (MAID) in the submission box provided below. Please note that requests are device-specific. If you have multiple devices you would like to opt-out for, please submit each MAID individually. If we cannot find your MAID(s), then no information about your device is in Kochava.

Mobile Advertising ID

A MAID is a unique sequence of alphanumeric characters assigned to your device. DO NOT enter your telephone number.

By submitting this form, you certify that you are the lawful owner of the device associated with the above Mobile Device Identifier or are acting as the authorized legal agent on behalf of its owner.
